Julian Cohen is highly rated for his specialist domestic and international arbitration practice. He regularly acts as counsel and as arbitrator throughout Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Africa. He teaches and trains arbitrators worldwide. He is particularly well known for construction and engineering, energy disputes.
Paulo Fohlin is a highly regarded international arbitrator. He is a Swedish qualified lawyer and sits as an arbitrator in common law and civil law disputes in Hong Kong and internationally. His experience covers a multitude of industry sectors as well as investment treaty disputes.
Susan Munro is highly rated as an international arbitration practitioner including PRC and PRC related disputes. She has near native level Putonghua and is able to work and draft in traditional characters. She acts as counsel and as arbitrator.
Nick Luxton is highly regarded as an arbitration counsel and also as an arbitrator. He is particularly well known for his specialist maritime and shipping disputes experience.
