Shaphan Marwah is ranked as one of Hong Kong’s top leading junior counsel in family law by Doyle’s Guide. His practice covers all areas of commercial law and dispute resolution. Shaphan is also growing his arbitration practice. He has a Master of Laws in International Legal Studies, Certificate in Arbitration and International Dispute Resolution (Distinction) from Georgetown University, Washington D.C.
Shaphan Marwah’s expert family practice covers both matrimonial finance and disputes concerning children; he is the co-author of Hong Kong Family Court Practice (2nd edition).
